Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mobility assessments to identify the specific needs of each patient, using advanced tools and methodologies to guide treatment.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs that address individual patient goals, using evidence-based practices to ensure optimal recovery pathways.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors and physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and provide education on self-management strategies to empower patients in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system to track patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Conduct patient outreach initiatives to enhance community engagement and awareness around the importance of physical therapy in overall health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Senior Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications
