Work Environment

Located in Sayreville, NJ, our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center offers a supportive and collaborative environment for healthcare professionals. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, engaging closely with team members in an onsite setting that promotes communication and teamwork. The collaborative atmosphere ensures that all team members can contribute their skills effectively, enhancing the quality of care we provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with best practices and enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and assess patient progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians and chiropractors, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the therapeutic processes they will undergo to facilitate their understanding and adherence to treatment regimens.
• Document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with industry standards and ensure seamless communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Realign Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes seeking performance optimization, and those managing chronic pain or injuries. Your role is critical in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and functionality, thus significantly impacting their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in an outpatient rehabilitation environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure proficient documentation and patient management.
• Experience in developing and utilizing innovative treatment modalities that enhance rehabilitation effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits
