Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, determining appropriate diagnoses and treatment objectives.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect evolving needs and goals.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, recommended exercises, and self-care practices that enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment approaches.
• Advocate for patients' needs and provide guidance on assistive devices that aid in mobility and daily living activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer networking to stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Pine Grove Physical Therapy Center, you will work with a varied patient demographic that includes children, adults, and seniors recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment and adapt to changing patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting is required, showcasing demonstrated expertise in physical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this full-time position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
