Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patient history, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings accurately.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting to promote better adherence and positive outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment protocols based on assessment findings, patient progress, and the current healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure changes in patient conditions are documented and addressed proactively, modifying care plans as necessary.
• Manage discharge planning effectively, coordinating follow-up care with patients and external healthcare providers.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enhancing the clarity of patient treatment courses.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to consistently meet productivity expectations and attend scheduled meetings punctually.
• Engage actively in hospital and community marketing initiatives to promote rehabilitation services.

• Pursue ongoing professional development and serve as a clinical instructor for students in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of prior experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, although new graduates may also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits
