Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique functional limitations and disabilities.
• Provide expert consultations to healthcare providers regarding each patient's continuum of care.
• Utilize patient feedback and progress evaluations to adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in adherence to legal and professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them about treatment plans, progress, and discharge planning.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and contribute to departmental leadership through involvement in marketing, cost containment, and program development.
• Mentor and supervise support staff while managing department resources efficiently.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
