Work Environment

Our outpatient facility is designed specifically for optimal patient care, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and treatment areas. As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will work a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, with operating hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This consistent work schedule allows for a manageable patient load, enabling you to spend quality time with each individual and to provide personalized treatment without the pressures of high patient turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to develop customized treatment plans specific to each individual's needs.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and educational sessions to facilitate patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously using CureMD EMR, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and enhancing continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient cases and optimize treatment strategies for holistic recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with adults aged 40-65 who are experiencing a range of orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility impairments. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain strength, flexibility, and functionality.

Qualifications

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's Degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable, although new graduates showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 125,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
