Work Environment

You will work in a modern, fully equipped outpatient rehabilitation facility designed to create a positive, welcoming environment for both staff and patients. Our facility is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care and is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients experiencing orthopedic issues.
• Conduct effective manual therapy techniques and supervise structured exercise programs to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using CureMD EMR documentation, tracking progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and collaborate on treatment objectives with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Meet productivity standards by treating, on average, three patients per hour, demonstrating efficiency while maintaining patient-focused care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults aged 40 to 65 who present various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your role will involve developing strong therapeutic relationships, understanding each patient's unique needs, and providing the highest quality of care, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• An active or eligible physical therapy license in New Jersey.
• A commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• A solid foundational understanding of orthopedic principles and treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment is advantageous.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, especially CureMD, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
