Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions, set measurable goals, and create tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring function and reducing pain.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities to implement treatment regimens effectively.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on preventative measures, exercises, and strategies to maintain function and prevent re-injury.
• Participate in collaborative care discussions with other healthcare professionals to devise integrated treatment strategies for complex cases.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcome evaluations accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by recommending appropriate physical activities tailored to individual capabilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care with no history of board disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy and the development of exercise protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and multidisciplinary team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
