Work Environment

The role is conducted onsite in the patients' homes, allowing therapists to observe and address challenges faced in their daily environments. You will work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a work-life balance that enhances both professional satisfaction and personal well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients suffering from orthopedic conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver therapy sessions, treating an average of three patients per hour, focusing on a target demographic of adults aged 40 to 65 years old.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, personalized exercise programs, and effective patient education strategies to facilitate optimal recovery and functional outcomes.
• Document patient progress using CureMD EMR, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for team collaboration and compliance.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with other healthcare professionals to fine-tune treatment plans and strategies for holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary patient population will include adults, specifically those within the age range of 40 to 65 years, often experiencing orthopedic issues that affect mobility and daily functioning. You will address conditions such as post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, and degenerative diseases. By focusing on this demographic, you will have the chance to see significant improvements in their physical capabilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one.

Preferred Experience

While outpatient experience is beneficial, we value the right mindset and commitment to patient outcomes. Compensation and Benefits
