Work Environment

This position is onsite, specifically focusing on home care services for our patients. You will work directly within the community, providing personalized therapy sessions at patient residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, ensuring an understanding of their medical history and current physical status.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and rehabilitation needs of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and enhance mobility.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
