Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work primarily onsite in an innovative home care environment equipped with the latest physical therapy technologies and tools. Our clinic is designed to support effective treatments with a focus on both patient comfort and clinician collaboration. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, helping to promote a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage diverse caseloads, primarily focusing on adult patients aged 40 to 65, conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for each individual.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise therapy, while emphasizing patient education and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, adapting treatments based on collaborative feedback.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records within our CureMD EMR system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous assessment of treatment progress and modify therapy plans as necessary to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily caring for adults in the 40-65 age range who may be dealing with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and rehabilitation from injuries. Your role is crucial in promoting mobility, restoring function, and enhancing the quality of life through customized therapy interventions that empower our patients.

Qualifications

• Required: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Exemplary communication skills, allowing you to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, enabling you to tailor therapies dynamically based on patient progress and feedback.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, preferably within an outpatient clinic.
• Experience working in home care environments or familiarity with outpatient treatment protocols is advantageous.
• Previous exposure to orthopedic physical therapy is a strong plus but not mandatory, as we provide training and mentorship to support your continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
