Motion and Health Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our reputable team in Allentown, New Jersey. Work Environment

You will work onsite within a multidisciplinary orthopedic outpatient clinic setting, where the team atmosphere is rooted in mutual support and respect. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, providing a structured work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The facility is equipped with advanced treatment technologies, allowing you to utilize a mix of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to optimize treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients arriving at our clinic, assessing their specific needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their conditions.
• Administer physical therapy treatments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to enhance patient recovery and promote optimal mobility.
• Treat three patients per hour, ensuring focused and effective time management while delivering excellent patient care.
• Collaborate closely with a range of healthcare professionals including Medical Doctors (MDs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Chiropractors (DCs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) to ensure comprehensive, team-based care.
• Document patient progress meticulously using CureMD EMR, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate ongoing treatment adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating adults ages 40-65 who present with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. This age group often requires specialized care and a personalized approach to address their unique physical challenges, which we are prepared to deliver.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current active physical therapy license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Exceptional clinical reasoning and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate patients during their rehabilitation journey.

Preferred Experience

• While outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates who have a passion for physical therapy and a desire to learn and grow within our supportive environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
