Work Environment

This role is entirely onsite, requiring the Physical Therapist to conduct evaluations and provide therapeutic sessions in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Mastery Therapeutics, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to determine personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions in alignment with the physician's plan of care, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall functional capacity.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, pain management techniques, and adaptive strategies to foster independence in daily activities.
• Monitoring patient progress and making appropriate adjustments to treatment plans to ensure goal achievement and maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Documenting care procedures, patient responses, and progress regularly to maintain accurate medical records.
• Prioritizing caseloads, determining daily staffing needs, and effectively coordinating with team members for smooth patient hand-offs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in physical therapy practice.

Preferred Experience

While no prior experience is required, candidates who have completed clinical rotations in home health, geriatrics, or orthopedics are highly valued. Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth platforms will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
