Our team consists of two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective care. Work Environment

This full-time position is performed onsite at our cutting-edge rehabilitation center located in Trenton, New Jersey. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a steady work-life balance while engaging closely with patients and fellow healthcare professionals in facilitating their recovery journeys. Our spacious and modern facility promotes a collaborative and supportive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and fulfill their treatment objectives effectively.
• Manage patient care by maintaining a consistent patient load, typically one patient per hour, ensuring focused and individualized attention.
• Administer therapeutic techniques that enhance patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Develop innovative treatment plans using evidence-based practices across various therapeutic techniques, ensuring each program is tailored to individual needs.
• Implement customized fitness and wellness programs to encourage long-term health and prevent future injuries.
• Advise patients on lifestyle changes aimed at improving their strength, balance, coordination, and overall wellness.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes to facilitate communication with other healthcare providers.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation process to optimize functional performance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong skills in manual therapy and the ability to integrate various modalities in patient treatment.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to manage patient records effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, enhancing practical knowledge and patient interaction skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Knowledge of the latest rehabilitation techniques and trends in physical therapy to continuously improve care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
