Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities, identifying any limitations and strengths.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Utilize advanced hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to promote recovery and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients about proper body mechanics, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to aid recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation reflecting patient assessments, treatment administered, and progress made, in accordance with regulatory standards.

Active Life Rehab serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with acute and chronic conditions. Our specialties encompass a wide array of healthcare challenges including, but not limited to, back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, sprains and strains, fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance and gait deficits. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is required.
• A minimum of five years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, encompassing treatment of a broad spectrum of conditions.
• Proficiency in the application of advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
