Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services by managing the comprehensive therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the physician and the patient care team, focusing on achievable goals and enhancing patient engagement.
• Deliver and supervise a range of therapeutic interventions to support patients throughout the continuum of care, from initial assessments to discharge planning.
• Evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status; contribute to the development of a holistic care plan that promotes optimal health outcomes.
• Administer skilled therapeutic care in a variety of settings, including patient homes when necessary, using established techniques to facilitate a change in condition or function in alignment with the physician's directives.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, the use of adaptive equipment, and personalized home exercise programs tailored to support ongoing recovery beyond therapy sessions.
• Effectively manage caseload; prioritize patient needs, staffing requirements, and coordinate patient assignments and transitions of care.
• Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards to maintain compliance and uphold the highest professional standards in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Physical Rehabilitation Inc., you will work primarily with adult and pediatric patients undergoing treatment for a variety of orthopedic conditions. These may include post-operative recovery from surgeries such as joint replacements or ligament repairs, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; candidates with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree are preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required, any exposure to orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for the Physical Therapist role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
