Our center spans over 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technologies that enable us to provide comprehensive care. We pride ourselves on our physical therapy staff, which currently includes two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all dedicated to delivering high-quality care tailored to each patient. At our practice, we focus on providing exceptional service primarily to individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring a supportive and efficient rehabilitation experience.

Work Environment

This role operates onsite in our outpatient office, which fosters a collaborative and energetic atmosphere. Your regular hours will be Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique therapeutic needs.
• Manage patient caseload efficiently, averaging one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives dedicated care and individualized attention.
• Implement evidence-based therapies to improve patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall physical function, consistently monitoring progress and adapting strategies as required.
• Reduce reliance on pharmacological interventions by providing alternative methods to enhance recovery and functionality, emphasizing non-invasive techniques where possible.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, sharing insights and treatment updates regularly.
• Document all patient interactions and therapy progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.
• Motivate patients throughout their therapy journey, reinforcing commitment to their health goals and encouraging adherence to prescribed home exercise programs.

Our patients largely consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid physical therapy license in New Jersey, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Demonstrate a clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions linked to your licensure.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Ability to effectively use EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to enhance patient care delivery.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will bring prior experience working within an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing familiarity with the complexities associated with post-operative rehabilitation and the ability to enhance patient outcomes through innovative therapy techniques. A background in sports medicine and working with diverse patient populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
