Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Titusville, New Jersey, where you will work Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions, developing individualized care plans tailored to meet their unique goals and needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring ample time and attention is dedicated to each patient, thus enhancing their recovery journey.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and cost-effective treatments aimed at improving each client's range of motion and overall mobility.
• Emphasize the importance of non-surgical alternatives, focusing on rehabilitation strategies that minimize reliance on medication.
• Incorporate various therapeutic modalities, drawing from your extensive experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to deliver effective interventions.
• Design and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs that are aligned with patients' specific rehabilitation needs.
• Motivate patients through their recovery, guiding them toward improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required for effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of services provided, in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, or undergoing rehabilitation following surgeries. Our clientele includes active individuals looking to regain their strength and restore functionality. You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of patients who have unique rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is required.
• Possession of an active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a range of manual therapy techniques, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
• Exceptional skill in developing and implementing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation of patient progress.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy methodologies, underpinned by a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred, ideally within an orthopedic or sports medicine specialized facility.
• Familiarity with innovative therapeutic modalities and a proactive approach to pain management and recovery strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
