The Muscle Care Orthopedic Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team full-time. In this vital role, you will provide exemplary care to our patients in an outpatient setting, facilitating their journey towards regaining full range of motion and improved mobility. Work Environment

Working onsite in our outpatient office, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team that includes two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and resources to assist in patient evaluations and treatments, including the latest EMR software, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient care management. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and individual requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to each treatment plan.
• Manage a caseload of one patient every hour, allowing for focused, high-quality interactions that prioritize each individual's needs.
• Deliver cost-effective physical therapy treatments aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and reducing discomfort, thus minimizing reliance on pain medications.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to develop comprehensive care plans that may include various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs that cater to the unique needs of each patient, promoting overall well-being.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation throughout their treatment process to optimize recovery and strengthen functionality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, for integrated patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust care plans based on responsive data, ensuring appropriate patient documentation is maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, tailoring your techniques and approaches to meet their specific rehabilitation needs, making a significant difference in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid physical therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated clean professional record without any disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment approaches based on patient assessments.
• Competency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
