Work Environment

The work setting at our Rehabilitation Center is designed to facilitate healing and collaboration. As a full-time team member, you will work onsite, operating within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, assessing their physical conditions and identifying musculoskeletal issues that affect their mobility and functional abilities.
• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on detailed assessments, medical history, and outlined health goals.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and methodologies as necessary to optimize recovery and address ongoing needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a cohesive and comprehensive treatment approach for patients.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-management strategies to support their recovery journey and enhance overall physical health.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest research and methodologies in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and other musculoskeletal issues. You will work with a diverse population, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to elderly patients regaining mobility after surgery. Understanding each patient's individual background and health history will be key in delivering effective, personalized care that promotes recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, specifically in managing a variety of orthopedic conditions and injuries.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic assessments, treatment strategies, and patient care planning.

Compensation and Benefits

Resilience Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
