Work Environment

This full-time position is based in our outpatient office in Trenton, where you will be part of a dynamic clinical team. Your working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. The supportive atmosphere encourages ongoing learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at meeting their therapeutic goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities based on the latest research to improve patient mobility and function.
• Implement evidence-based care plans that aim to reduce pain, enhance physical function, and minimize the need for surgical interventions.
• Design and deliver specialized fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique needs of each patient, promoting lifelong health and movement.
• Regularly modify treatment interventions based on progress and outcomes, ensuring that patient care is always aligned with best practices.
• Empower patients to adopt healthier lifestyles by teaching strategies to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Document patient progress and update treatment records consistently to maintain compliance and support quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will primarily work with patients suffering from a range of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain syndromes. This diverse patient population presents unique challenges, allowing our therapists to utilize creative problem-solving skills and personalized treatment options to foster recovery. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually.
