As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients, providing them with the support and expertise they need to regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Environment

Our clinic operates in a vibrant and collaborative outpatient office setting, where you will work alongside a dedicated team of two fellow physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our supportive work environment fosters professional growth and offers a wealth of resources to help you thrive in your role. The practice runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. We are committed to minimizing patient wait times by maintaining a patient load of just one individual per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to understand their specific needs and create tailored treatment plans that address their mobility goals.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise regimens, while continuously assessing patient progress.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' range of motion and functionality, with a strong emphasis on cost-effective, non-surgical approaches.
• Provide detailed documentation of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes using EMR software such as WebPT.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring that all members are informed about patient status and changes in treatment approach.
• Encourage patients through motivational support, helping them to actively engage in their rehabilitation journey.
• Promote a holistic approach to healthcare by developing wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual needs.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and overall clinic performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Revive Strength & Mobility, our focus is primarily on individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions necessitating rehabilitation. These may include post-surgical recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain. Our patient demographic primarily includes those with private insurance, allowing us the flexibility to deliver tailored treatment without the constraints often found in other settings.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, for efficient documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly beneficial.
• An established track record of implementing effective exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits
