Work Environment

Located in Trenton, New Jersey, our outpatient office is designed to offer an inviting, accessible, and therapeutic environment. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Marvels, your day-to-day tasks include:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations and assessments for pediatric and adult clients to determine their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and implementing individualized therapeutic treatment plans based on the evaluation findings and patient goals, which may include exercises, manual therapy, and education.
• Monitoring and reassessing clinical progress regularly to adapt treatments as necessary, ensuring effective progression toward recovery goals.
• Accurately documenting all patient interactions and treatment results using our electronic health record (EHR) system, including SOAP notes and care plans.
• Educating patients and caregivers about conditions, recovery processes, and challenges faced to promote understanding and encourage adherence to treatment regimens.
• Achieving minimum utilization goals while also meeting other operational and business objectives.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with other health professionals at Mobility Marvels to coordinate comprehensive care for clients utilizing multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse population ranging from children to adults, representing various races, ethnicities, and diagnoses. As a Physical Therapist, you will be integral in tailoring care to the unique challenges and needs of each patient, emphasizing a holistic approach to rehabilitation. You will also have the opportunity to provide care through traditional in-person formats and, when appropriate, via telehealth services to enhance accessibility.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
