Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each individual.
• Utilize a broad range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to assist patients in pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Document detailed records of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress towards therapeutic goals, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education and training for patients, families, and caregivers on effective use of assistive devices and techniques to maximize patient independence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, attending workshops and professional development events.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a broad spectrum of patients, including children, adults, and seniors recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic ailments. The diversity of our clientele allows our therapists to gain extensive experience in handling various physical therapy cases, honing their skills while making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record systems to document and track patient care.

Preferred Experience
