Licensed Physical Therapist - Full-Time at Rehabilitation Center

Work Environment

As a full-time employee working onsite at our rehabilitation center, you will join a collaborative team environment that supports open communication and shared knowledge. Our team consists of skilled therapists and healthcare professionals who work together to offer high-quality services in a welcoming and patient-focused atmosphere. You'll enjoy a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify physical impairments and functional limitations in order to create individualized treatment plans.
• Manage and treat one patient per hour, applying effective treatment modalities and therapeutic exercises tailored to each individual's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver cost-effective treatments, demonstrating an ability to enhance patients' movements and overall mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and strategies for optimizing patient outcomes.
• Continuously assess treatment efficacy, track patient progress, and adjust therapy plans based on individual responses to treatments.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, and various chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation. Your contributions will directly impact the physical and emotional well-being of clients, facilitating their recovery process through tailored therapy programs and continuous support.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, with experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your PT license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
