This role demands an onsite presence at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Princeton. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients, reviewing medical history and current health status to create tailored treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and treatment options to patients and their families, ensuring their active participation in setting realistic goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress and feedback while considering the best practices for rehabilitation in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations when necessary to refine treatment strategies and address patients' holistic health needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries, complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Optimize time management to meet productivity expectations while providing high-quality care and maintaining an organized schedule.
• Participate in department initiatives, contributing to overarching organizational goals related to patient access and community outreach.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education, while also serving as a clinical instructor for students in training.
• Actively promote excellent patient experiences by being adaptable and responsive to patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of patients, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. By utilizing a patient-centered approach, you'll tailor your interventions to meet each individual's specific needs, aiming for optimal recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is essential.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient care, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with treating a diverse range of conditions and implementing various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
