Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, ensuring personalized care.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on your assessment of each patient's unique needs and objectives.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and modalities—such as therapeutic exercises, electrical stimulation, heat, and ice—to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Educate patients about effective body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention strategies during their rehabilitation journey.
• Track, document, and analyze patients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in treatment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting each therapy session and clinical interventions performed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Motion Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation cases to individuals suffering from chronic conditions like arthritis, tendonitis, and balance disorders. Our focus on back and neck pain management, joint injuries, and sports-related issues will provide a varied experience tailored to different patient needs. Each treatment is personalized, allowing you to create deep and meaningful connections with your patients while effectively guiding them towards recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience with demonstrable expertise in treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Proficient in utilizing advanced physical therapy techniques and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills essential for assessing rehabilitation needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
