Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities in a home care environment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of assistive technologies to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment responses to help refine goals and modify care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and training for patients, caregivers, and family members regarding home exercise programs and the use of assistive devices for enhanced self-care.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment, contributing your expertise in physical therapy to achieve comprehensive care goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
