Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at CircuCare Specialists, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs and developing individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall function.
• Monitoring patients' progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement and successful outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Supervising and directing the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to assess treatment efficacy, contribute to patient care discussions, and share insights for program improvement.
• Engaging with patients and their families to educate them on treatment protocols and empower them in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

While one year of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, candidates with additional experience in diverse therapeutic environments will be highly regarded. Experience working within a rehabilitation facility, particularly with complex cases or in a team-focused setting, will set applicants apart.
