Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs based on injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, functional exercises, and the latest equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans in response to changing needs, ensuring optimal recovery pathways.
• Deliver patient education on exercise routines, pain management, and therapeutic modalities to enhance independence and self-care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions, including treatment responses and progress evaluations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
