Access Control Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team based in Princeton, New Jersey. Work Environment

This onsite role requires physical therapists to work within our well-equipped outpatient office in Princeton, New Jersey. The workspace promotes collaboration and teamwork, supporting staff in their ongoing professional development and patient care. We maintain a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that our patients receive the attention and care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Access Control, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patient's functional limitations and establishing individualized treatment plans based on best practices and clinical findings.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, using various modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, recognizing when to modify treatment plans based on documented changes in patient conditions.
• Documenting patient care activities thoroughly, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Engaging in ongoing education and training sessions to stay updated with the latest trends in physical therapy and healthcare regulations.
• Participating in facility meetings and team initiatives aimed at improving patient access and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse range of patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your clinical skills will be essential in developing rehabilitation plans that empower patients to regain mobility and improve their overall health outcomes. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (DPT) in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is necessary.
• Two years of direct outpatient orthopedic experience is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Experience

While relevant experience is essential, we also value attributes such as effective communication skills, a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a passion for continuous professional development. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and outcome measurement tools is preferred but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
