Regain Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our onsite rehabilitation facility in Princeton, New Jersey. Work Environment

Join us in our collaborative and welcoming rehabilitation facility in Princeton, where you will work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals. We prioritize continuing education and provide resources to support your professional development. Your work hours will primarily be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balance between patient care and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough evaluations for patients, reviewing pertinent medical histories, conducting assessments, and establishing a tailored plan of care based on individual needs.

• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on continual assessment and the evolving healthcare landscape, demonstrating expertise in physical therapy techniques and methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations that paint a comprehensive picture of patient progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, recognizing changes in patient conditions and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and corporate training requirements while actively participating in facility meetings to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

• Engage effectively with patients, families, and third-party payers to foster trust and promote a clear understanding of treatment goals and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapist will specifically focus on an orthopedic outpatient population, treating patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will work with individuals of varying ages and physical abilities, ensuring that rehabilitation programs meet diverse needs and facilitate recovery through personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state license for physical therapy practice in New Jersey.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in an orthopedic setting, demonstrating proficiency in evaluating and treating patients effectively. Experience with modern electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with evidence-based practices will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
