Step into Strength Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Princeton, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating patients to help them regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical conditions and symptoms, enabling you to tailor your approach.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and collaborating with patients to develop customized treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges.
• Educating and instructing patients on the correct use of therapeutic exercise techniques to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic massage to facilitate healing.
• Assisting patients in utilizing mobility equipment, including wheelchairs or walkers, ensuring they feel safe and confident.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking goals and progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families about in-home treatment options and exercises to continue their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Rehabilitation Center serves a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients. Each therapist works with patients dealing with various diagnoses including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other rehabilitation software.
• A patient-centered mindset paired with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
