Care Ring Physical Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at our Rehabilitation Center in Princeton, New Jersey. Work Environment

You will work on-site in a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, where our collaborative environment ensures that every staff member is committed to maximizing patient outcomes. You will work a standard 40-hour week, from Monday to Friday, allowing a work-life balance while being part of a vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, creating individualized treatment plans based on their specific orthopedic needs.
• Implement therapy programs that include a diverse range of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment methods as needed to align with their evolving conditions and physician's directives.
• Provide impactful customer service and foster a supportive atmosphere, contributing to both individual patient satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of our clinic.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers about home practices to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Meet minimum utilization goals, contributing to the business's operational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. Your role will involve tailored interaction with each patient, emphasizing communication and education to empower them on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher qualification from an accredited program.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations; familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, fostering an environment where they can achieve and exceed their functional goals.
• A genuine desire to engage positively with people and a commitment to community involvement.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, though new graduates with a strong desire to learn and excel are also encouraged to apply. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies is a valuable asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
