Work Environment

The ideal candidate will find themselves in a supportive and dynamic work environment that prioritizes teamwork and innovative treatment. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured yet flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical evaluations to assess patients' conditions and functional abilities.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, injury prevention, and exercise techniques to enhance their rehabilitation processes.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, modifying strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting evaluations, treatment plans, interventions, and outcomes to facilitate effective communication within the care team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, we highly value candidates with more extensive experience, particularly in treating a range of conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous, as this aids in the efficient management of patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
