The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable work-life balance.

Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to help patients achieve specific health goals.

Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrical modalities, and patient education to facilitate recovery.

Continuously document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care efforts, ensuring a holistic approach to patient wellness.

Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to ensure continuity of care.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is required, showcasing versatility and adaptability in treating various patient conditions.

Proficient in advanced physical therapy methods and equipment.
