SpringLeaf Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Work Environment

Your work setting will be in our outpatient office, where you will collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to create a supportive and engaging environment for our patients. The center operates with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.
• Provide therapy interventions including but not limited to manual therapy, exercise regimens, and therapeutic modalities.
• Efficiently manage a patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused and high-quality attention.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions, outlining preventive strategies and self-management techniques to improve long-term outcomes.
• Foster a motivating environment, encouraging patients to engage actively in their treatment to maximize their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine treatment approaches and promote holistic patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients who have orthopedic conditions, many of whom are covered by private medical insurance. The diverse array of cases will include individuals recovering from post-operative procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will empower patients to reclaim their movement and independence through tailored therapy sessions and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to ensure accurate documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively motivate patients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
