Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and establish tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. By delivering individualized care, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey is required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and scheduling.
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
