This full-time position involves onsite work within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by their physicians to develop personalized treatment plans. This includes assessing physical abilities, mobility limitations, pain levels, and overall functionality.
• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions according to each patient's progress and physician guidelines, utilizing modern techniques to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care, including hands-on modalities and exercise prescription, designed to facilitate healing and restore functionality.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by providing insights, training, and resources essential for ongoing recovery at home.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, strengthening the interconnected nature of our treatment approaches.
• Maintain clear communication with both patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that expectations and progress are properly documented and conveyed.
• Meet minimum patient utilization targets to support operational goals while providing exceptional service to every individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is a minimum requirement.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing care to patients of varying needs.
• Current CPR certification is essential to ensure patient safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Basic proficiency in word processing and computer applications to document patient care accurately.
• Ability to establish meaningful relationships with patients, fostering trust and encouraging adherence to treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, applicants with specialized training in manual therapy, pediatric therapy, or sports rehabilitation are highly desirable. Skills in utilizing modern therapeutic modalities and familiarity with evidence-based practices are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
