Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our outpatient office, where you will engage in meaningful interactions with patients in a supportive and state-of-the-art facility. Our clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation tools and technologies, allowing you to provide effective treatment and monitor progress closely. The position adheres to a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to understand patients' functional limitations, goals, and needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgments and patient input.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver effective interventions that enhance mobility, strength, and overall functional performance.
• Creating customized wellness programs that address the specific health and fitness goals of each patient.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing education and coaching to motivate patients, helping them take an active role in their recovery process.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver an integrated approach to patient treatment.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss and review patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain disorders. Your empathetic approach and expertise will help enhance their physical health and functional abilities.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically handling musculoskeletal injuries.
• Solid experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and direct care.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ability to adapt treatment strategies for diverse patient personalities and needs.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. In addition, candidates with specific expertise in advanced therapeutic modalities or specialty certifications will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a performance-based bonus structure. Benefits include:
