Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, ensuring treatment plans are effectively tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions, explain findings thoroughly, and develop appropriate treatment plans that incorporate strength and conditioning principles.
• Organize and preplan each treatment session to ensure a seamless experience for patients, enhancing their engagement and progress throughout therapy.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to expand your clinical and personal skill set, implementing evidence-based practices that improve patient care immediately.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary teams regarding patient care plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• Solid foundational knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly with a focus on orthopedic cases, is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred to ensure patient safety during treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
