Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic physical therapy services, focusing on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation strategies for patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and medical histories of individual patients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and cutting-edge techniques to ensure optimal patient recovery outcomes, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to monitor progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document findings accurately in our electronic health record system.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to facilitate holistic patient care, contributing expertise to case discussions and team meetings.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies for injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care tactics to reinforce treatment goals at home.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your approach will support both acute rehabilitation and long-term wellness, helping patients regain functional independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, while a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Possession of a valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in treatment methodologies specific to orthopedics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation facility is highly desirable, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes in orthopedic therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and progress tracking.
• Certifications or specialized training in specific orthopedic techniques or modalities are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Forge Physical Therapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
