Work Environment

This position is based onsite, delivering care directly to patients' homes, which presents unique opportunities to assess and treat patients in their daily environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify limitations and establish treatment goals aligned with medical protocols and individual health aspirations.
• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient population, integrating innovative techniques to maximize recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including specialized orthopedic techniques, in therapeutic exercises and patient education.
• Track and document patient progress comprehensively, maintaining accurate records to facilitate ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their caregivers regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and long-term wellness strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
