Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in home environments, designing individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and conditions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and specialized equipment, to alleviate pain, restore movement, and enhance patients' quality of life.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on effectiveness and patient feedback.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on treatment processes, self-care techniques, and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence and self-management.
• Stay current with emerging therapies and best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops and engaging with professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position requires a strong focus on a diverse patient population in home settings, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will be instrumental in developing rapport with patients, understanding their unique challenges, and encouraging them throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to patients and family members.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills is necessary for documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
