Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries and post-surgical recovery.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to address individual patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress through electronic health records, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients with knowledge of injury prevention strategies, home exercises, and long-term wellness practices.
• Collaborate with patients' families and other residents to provide comprehensive care, ensuring they understand the treatment process and the tools needed for successful rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license is required.
