Work Environment

Our Hillsborough facility is designed to provide an optimal healing environment, equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation tools. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will collaborate in a team-oriented atmosphere alongside experienced healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and certified rehabilitation aids. The facility follows a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance while consistently providing top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal health and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to create a seamless approach to patient care, sharing critical information and strategies for recovery.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques, home exercise plans, and effective self-care practices to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Utilize a variety of therapy modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position will be the treatment of individuals with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, such as joint injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, or chronic pain syndromes. You will be responsible for treating a diverse patient population, including athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals seeking to improve their functional capabilities. Your expertise will have a significant impact on their recovery journey, allowing them to achieve optimal physical performance.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory standards.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of various orthopedic conditions, treatments, and therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
