Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise regimens, hands-on techniques, and state-of-the-art equipment, to facilitate pain relief and enhance physical function.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, ensuring all patient interactions and outcomes are recorded in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring meaningful progress and goal achievement.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members regarding the use of assistive devices, therapeutic exercises, and home care strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy practices through continuous education, workshops, and professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a varied patient population, ranging from children to senior adults, with differing medical histories and diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Current physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and familiar with computer applications relevant to practice management.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to meet patient needs and varying work demands.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
