Work Environment

Your work will primarily take place onsite at our vibrant rehabilitation facility, where collaboration with a team of experienced therapists enhances the treatment experience. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. You will have access to the latest therapeutic equipment and technologies, ensuring that you can deliver the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual needs and recovery goals.
• Administer diverse therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to effectively manage orthopedic conditions.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure dedicated attention to each individual during their therapy sessions.
• Utilize an EMR system, particularly WebPT, for accurate and efficient documentation of patient progress, treatments, and outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals to align treatment goals and strategies.
• Educate and empower patients about their conditions, encouraging their active participation in the recovery process.
• Promote preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves an outpatient population, including athletes, individuals recovering from surgery, and those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We focus on improving functional abilities, restoring independence, and enhancing overall physical health. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, allowing for a dynamic and rewarding daily experience.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license with a clean history, free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Strong expertise in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proven ability in employing a variety of manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively motivate and educate patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software, specifically WebPT, for documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies supported by research.

Compensation and Benefits
