We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Advantage Muscle Care Rehabilitation, Inc. located in Freehold, New Jersey. Work Environment

Your role will primarily be onsite in our outpatient office in Freehold. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where clinicians are encouraged to engage in continuous learning and professional development. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering specialized care in a timely and effective manner while fostering positive patient experiences in a welcoming clinic atmosphere. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, providing a structured work-life balance within a 40-hour weekly shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop pertinent treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment programs for diverse patient populations, focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Engage in continuous communication with patients, providing education and support throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Utilize various therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and mobility, ensuring alignment with physicians' prescribed care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and updates in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care strategies that optimize patient outcomes.
• Exceed minimum utilization goals while contributing to the growth and effectiveness of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, each presenting unique needs and goals for rehabilitation. Our focus extends to various conditions, including, but not limited to, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological impairments, and chronic pain management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients achieve their individualized rehabilitation goals through targeted therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in physical therapy practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to maintain accurate documentation.
• A commitment to building strong, therapeutic relationships with patients to assist them in exceeding their functional goals.
• A demonstrated ability to connect positively with individuals, enhancing the overall patient experience.
• A willingness to engage with the broader community to promote health education and wellness.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates who possess additional expertise in specialized treatment techniques or certifications relevant to orthopedic, pediatric, or sports therapy will be highly valued. Experience in community outreach or health promotion initiatives is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
