Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Create customized treatment plans based upon thorough assessments, ensuring strategies are tailored to address each patient's unique needs.
• Implement hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to assist in pain relief, improve physical mobility, and enhance overall function.
• Provide education to patients regarding proper body mechanics, posture, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term health.
• Continuously monitor and track patients' progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within our facility to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress, documenting interventions and outcomes per regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you will serve includes individuals dealing with a variety of conditions such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, sprains, fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance issues. You will focus on implementing rehabilitation strategies that are patient-centered and reflect our organization's motto of systemic healing.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist within New Jersey.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
